Product code: Chinon 35mm 2.8 M42 outlets Mount Lens
This lens is known to produce beautiful flares, especially at night. I thought it'd be cool to try out but ive had the lens for over a year and havent used it once so im probably better off selling. Glass is pretty good, a few very faint marks on the front element only visible when shining a light through it (see pics). Wont have any effect on image quality. Focus is very nice and smooth. Aperture is dry and snappy. HOWEVER: If you plan on using this on digital then you should get outlets an adapter that presses the stop-down pin down. The lens does have a manual aperture mode but it seems to not close down past f/11. When the pin is pressed down, f/16 and f/22 work great. This will only be an "issue" if you adapt this lens to a camera using an adapter without a "lip" (and if you plan on using f16 and f22). No factor on film bodies nor on most* adapters.
